In person coaching is designed for Manchester based clientele looking to train on a high frequency basis. Minimum commitment is three sessions per week over a 12 week period.
All training is focused on building a strong, pain free body with excellent movement capabilities and musculature. A thorough nutritional plan will accompany your training programme, based around your lifestyle, goals and digestion quality.
There is a high level of external contact to ensure clients are accountable with their food choices and so therefore get the maximum for their investment. The formula for success is trialled and tested, therefore it is the clients ability to adhere that dictates the results. The check in system in place ensures you will make continuous progress whilst following your nutritious, realistic diet regime. Your focus and diligence outside the gym is just as important as what you do in it.
